Lori is an experienced organizational development leader who has coached managers, high level executives and physician leaders, and has worked with teams to improve performance.
Lori served as an organizational development consultant and assistant vice president of performance management at a nationally recognized financial services company. Additionally, she serves as a Leadership Consultant and Executive Coach for a nationally recognized integrated healthcare system.
Lori’s coaching clients have found greater success in these areas: executive presence, confidence, courage, transitioning to a bigger role, stress management, creation of a new department, finding one’s voice, transitioning from one industry to another, effective communication, delegation, imposter syndrome, navigating a new organization, creating a new team, influencing beyond one’s department.
Lori has an MS Degree in Counseling Phycology from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls, and a BS Degree in English and Communication from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
