Mike has “walked in the shoes” of senior leaders and understands the challenges they face on a daily basis. He partners with his clients through one-on-one coaching to serve as a catalyst for action and transformative leadership change. He is passionate about the success of his clients and regularly works with senior executive leaders.

Professional/Business Experience

Mike’s executive leadership experience allows him to partner with clients to help them achieve their personal leadership and organizational goals.

Mike has worked in the services, academia, technology, and banking industries for the last 24 years. Most recently, he served in strategic roles for a Fortune 140 firm as Divisional President, Chief Operating Officer, and as a Senior Vice President and COO for the Americas for another division for more than 11 years. He led the operations with full P&L responsibility throughout North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.

As a leader, Mike experienced ten senior leadership transitions into higher level positions. He understands the transition challenges faced by leaders in new roles and the need for development of critical leadership behaviors.

Mike holds an MBA and BS from Marquette University and is an ICF Certified Coach.
