Eric has been a serial tech entrepreneur for most of his career. He has raised over $30M in investment capital and negotiated and closed multi-million dollar sales. Eric has been named E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year, Deloitte’s Fast 50, and has been featured in the Wall Street Journal.

Eric has coached entrepreneurs for over a decade, working with them to clarify their vision, grow their leadership capacity, build their executive teams, as well as find product-market fit and raise investment capital.

Eric also coaches executives at critical career junctures. Whether transitioning to new leadership roles or seeking to maximize impact in current positions, Eric equips clients with the tools and insights they need to succeed.

In addition to coaching, Eric consults with executive teams grappling with how artificial intelligence will affect their markets and competition.

When Eric is not coaching, he enjoys spending time with family and friends. He and his wife are avid readers and enjoy discussing what they are currently reading. He also enjoys cycling, sailing, motorcycling, martial arts, and discovering great beaches.
