Michelle’s entire career has focused on improving the lives of people and the systems they are a part of. As a psychotherapist, corporate leader, trainer, facilitator, and executive coach, Michelle has leveraged her abilities to provide challenge, support, and guidance to managers and leaders in diverse organizations for the past 25 years. She understands the complexities of differing roles across multiple industries. Prior to her work as a coach, coach trainer, and leadership development consultant, Michelle had a successful career as a Licenses Clinical Social Worker and educator. Beyond her corporate engagements, Michelle is a founding member of the national non-profit organization Heart of Character.
