Vickie has been a contract Executive Leadership Coach for the Holdsworth Center in Austin, TX for the past five years. She coaches leaders on how to manage team conflict, structure crucial conversations and lead with a growth mindset. Her coaching passion is in helping others recognize their “own brilliance” and that the “answers lie within them.” Her strategies make her clients aware of their strengths as a leader. She helps them leverage those strengths and identify their blind spots as an executive while providing clients with tools to work through these challenges.
Professional/Business Experience
Prior to her current work she was a clinical professor for the University of Texas at Austin where she mentored and prepared students for careers in education. As a public-school administrator and executive coach, she developed first year principals and she successfully developed administrators with job performance issues. She has worked in public and higher education for over 28 years, as a teacher, coach, administrator and project manager.
Vickie’s clients have experienced success in the acquisition of and transition into new jobs, building cohesive teams and establishing a positive work culture.
