Professional/Business Experience

Yengyee’s approach to coaching is to start with the design of the relationship. Designing a relationship is essential because it sets the foundation for the coachee and coach. If the relationship alliance is designed well, the coaching process will flourish. The next things are assessing the problem and defining the outcome and coming up with a plan. The coaching happens at all stages of the process but especially during the implementation of the plan.

Many of Yengyee’s clients have experienced an increase in confidence and empowerment, promotions to higher level leadership positions, successful career transitions, and overall improvement in their leadership effectiveness.

Yengyee holds a P.h.D. ABD – Organizational Psychology from Walden University, a Masters in Counseling, and is an ICF Certified Coach.
