Kim Cavalcante is a seasoned Executive and Personal Coach with over 17 years of experience in leadership roles at Siemens, Schneider Electric, and Medtronic. As the Co-Founder of ASPIRE, an employee resource group focused on professional development and mentoring, Kim has always been committed to empowering others. She also serves as an advisor for the Junior League of Minneapolis and serves on the Board of the International Coaching Federation Minnesota Chapter, furthering her impact on both professional and community development.

Kim holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and an M.B.A. from Loyola University Graduate School of Business. She is a certified CTI Co-Active Coach, a certified Hogan Assessor, an Associate Certified Coach with the Internation Coaching Federation, and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Coaching, McLean – an affiliate of Harvard Medical School. With extensive corporate experience in Marketing, Business Development, Strategic Analysis, and Product Management, as well as advanced coaching credentials, Kim combines her business acumen with a deep passion for helping individuals achieve their personal and professional goals.
