Kim Cavalcante is a seasoned Executive and Personal Coach with over 17 years of experience in leadership roles at Siemens, Schneider Electric, and Medtronic. As the Co-Founder of ASPIRE, an employee resource group focused on professional development and mentoring, Kim has always been committed to empowering others. Kim holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and an M.B.A. from Loyola University Graduate School of Business. She is a certified CTI Co-Active Coach, a certified Hogan Assessor, an Associate Certified Coach with the Internation Coaching Federation, and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Coaching, McLean – an affiliate of Harvard Medical School. With extensive corporate experience in Marketing, Business Development, Strategic Analysis, and Product Management, as well as advanced coaching credentials, Kim combines her business acumen with a deep passion for helping individuals achieve their personal and professional goals.
