Pete inspires connection to create happiness. He is a passionate father of three. He guides high-performing men – especially fathers – towards personal transformation, peak performance in well-being, and improves their relationships at home, all while inspiring men to truly believe in themselves.
After struggling with self-confidence, shame, and belonging for most of his life, Pete spent the last decade on his healing journey where he also fed his voracious appetite to learn about the mind-body connection, mindset and emotions, addictions and habits, and sees most of life through the lens of trauma. In addition, he has trained in mental fitness, somatic practices, and trauma informed approaches. He also apprenticed under a mindset expert where he broke free of his shame and experienced the power of embracing radical self-love and self-acceptance.
Pete now, with steadfast intention and compassion, coaches high-performing men to get to the roots of their struggles, trains men to become mentally and emotionally fit, and builds unshakeable self-confidence to ultimately improve their well-being, self-leadership, and deepen their relationships at home and in the workplace. Pete believes true success is in how you value yourself, how you make people feel about themselves, and the connections within. As an avid cyclist, he believes personal happiness and self-acceptance as well as a healthy family life are the key measures of peak performance.
