As an Executive Coach with the Leadership Practice at LAK Group, Andrea supports individuals to identify areas for skill development, gain strategies for managing a new team, becoming tactical and strategic, and grow as leaders. As the workplace is sprinkled with challenges, she works with executives to navigate tough circumstances, discern ideal approaches to difficult decisions, increase self-awareness and emotional intelligence. As a certified ADHD coach, she supports leaders with the ADHD-like attributes of procrastination, time management, self-awareness, planning/prioritizing, focus, and confidence as it relates to performance, professional relationships, and confidence.

Andrea is also an Executive Career Coach with the LAK Group’s Outplacement team. Andrea career spans career development including career confusion, career pathing and fit, assessments, interviewing, LinkedIn profiles, resumes, promotional readiness, and the first 90 days – 6 months in a new role.

Professional/Business Experience

Prior to joining LAK Group, Andrea worked in executive search with Salveson Stetson Group identifying the best individuals for roles in various corporate settings.

Previously, Andrea worked with Pfizer in NYC recruiting physicians and other medical positions for the clinical development and market approval phase.

She began her career in Human Resources with Oxford Health Plans (now UnitedHealthcare) and helped to transform the culture during a high growth period. Andrea worked closely with the leadership team to increase self-awareness and become strong leaders and grow as professionals. She was also responsible for succession planning, training, and talent acquisition.
