Denise’s career has been devoted to supporting people as they grow and develop so they can engage deeply in their roles and careers.
Currently, Denise is growing her coaching and consulting practice. She is sought out for coaching and client engagements to find solutions for talent and leadership development opportunities. She is also a frequent speaker on team-building, leadership development, and meaningful interpersonal relationships in the workplace.
Professional/Business Experience
In her most recent corporate role, Denise was the Director of Learning, Development & Diversity at Exabeam, a pre-IPO cybersecurity startup. In this role, she leveraged inclusion through strengthening Employee Resource Groups (ERG) and linking employee development more directly to the organization’s strategic goals.
Previously, Denise progressed through talent development roles at companies known for progressive approaches to talent management and employee performance. Through these roles, she built expertise in leadership development, assessments, program planning, and coaching. Denise was instrumental in building a talent pool of high potential and emerging leaders that supported a broader culture transformation.
Aside from her two children, Denise is most grateful for each opportunity she has to make things better. Whether it’s discovering, learning, or solving a problem, she thrives on making and supporting meaningful progress. In her free time, she focuses on two things – fitness and food. She started strength training a few years ago to push herself to be healthier. You also might find her shopping for interesting ingredients, cooking, and enjoying meals with family and friends.
