With more than 25 years of experience in leadership, executive coaching and talent development, Holly Teska joined LAK Group in 2018 as a managing principal. She is passionate about authentic leadership, transforming careers and supporting business success through exceptional leadership.
Holly’s areas of expertise include executive coaching, personal and professional development for emerging leaders, women in leadership/gender equality, and managing careers through all types of transition. She helps individuals develop awareness, alignment and new competencies to achieve not only professional and organizational success, but personal fulfillment.
Prior to joining LAK Group, Holly led the North American Leadership Coaching practice and the Talent Management Project Management Office for a Fortune 500 company. During her tenure, she was responsible for all aspects of the organization’s leadership coaching practice in the United States and Canada.
Holly holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cardinal Stritch University, and she earned her Master’s in Business Administration and Management (MBA) at Ottawa University. She is a continuous student of the impact that coaching has on individuals and their organizations, holds a certified coach credential from the International Coach Federation, and is a global influencer and subject matter expert in the field. Outside of work, Holly enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working in her craft studio and traveling to experience other cultures.
