Professional/Business Experience

Laura has a 25-plus year career related to leader development and helping executives and senior leadership teams reach their goals. In addition to occupying global positions, Laura spent seven years with a large financial services firm headquartered in Milwaukee, WI.

Laura has worked with executive and senior leaders to guide their practice of new skills and behaviors. Whether doing so in healthcare, financial services, global manufacturing, or other industries, clients have experienced success in some of the following areas: administrative leadership, team alignment, leadership presence, strengthened intra- and interpersonal capability, and preparing for next-level positions.

Laura has a master’s degree in Training & Development, a bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology and is an ICF Certified Coach. She is a life-long learner and continues to educate herself through her coach education year-over-year and through give back, including volunteering and mentoring.
