Prior to joining LAK Group, Angela founded her own coaching and consulting practice and served in various strategic and leadership roles working for iconic brands such as Harley-Davidson.

She is experienced in coaching and leading change at all levels within organizations. Angela was selected to lead enterprise-wide initiatives aimed at accelerating a cultural transformation; a highlight was the Trust and Engagement initiative across the global supply chain and engineering organizations.
