Pearson’s areas of expertise include marketing strategy, planning and implementation, public relations, digital marketing, social media community management, content marketing, team leadership and employee engagement.

Prior to joining the LAK Group, Pearson served as the director of growth and development for a talent management firm. In addition, she owned and managed several client relationships as an account supervisor for a leading Milwaukee-based agency.
Pearson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Denver in Denver, Colorado. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, working with marketing and business students to prepare for DECA Inc. competitions and events, and teaching the Junior Achievement curriculum in high school classes.
