She is passionate about helping clients uncover their own answers, overcome limitations, and shift perspectives to create new, uplifting experiences in their lives.

Professional/Business Experience

Veronica’s professional background includes over 20 years of corporate experience in International Business Development, Marketing, and Project Management in diverse industries, including energy, management consulting, network services and entertainment.

Prior to joining LAK Group, Veronica worked as an international business development manager for a global geophysical company where she successfully developed multiple new businesses In Latin America from the ground up.

Veronica’s success derives from her ability to relate well with people at all levels, her collaborative approach, and a genuine interest to listen and understand others. She volunteers in various non-profit organizations as an executive coach and strategic advisor and mentors youth.

Veronica’s coaching clients have experienced success in areas such as: clarity in purpose and business objectives, increased effectiveness and productivity, reduced stress levels, assertiveness to handle difficult conversations, and successful role/career transitions.

Veronica holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Marketing from the University of Houston-Downtown and is an ICF Certified Coach.

Veronica is fully bilingual in Spanish and multicultural, having worked and lived in the US, South America, Europe and South-East Asia.
