In 2016 Mike joined LAK Group as President, Managing Partner. Prior to that, he served as an executive leader within Right Management, ManpowerGroup, Hitachi Data Solutions (HDS), and Computer Task Group (CTG). Mike has a passion for empowering people and organizations to find the courage and live their purpose. As a leader in the management consulting industry, he helps employers address the changing demands of digital transformation and serves as a trusted sounding board for clients to solve even the most complex issues with simple and effective solutions. Mike helps customers balance and implement the ideals of leadership development and career development, talent management, and culture.
