Lisa McLaughlin is an accomplished organization development and talent management leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning the healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing industries. Throughout her career, Lisa has specialized in talent management, leadership development, organizational design, and change management, consistently delivering people-centered solutions that drive business transformation.
Lisa’s expertise includes architecting and leading performance management processes, designing and implementing talent assessment and succession planning frameworks, and embedding competency models and career development pathways into core talent strategies. She is recognized for her advanced consulting skills, her ability to influence and gain commitment from stakeholders at all levels, and her success in leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, human-centered solutions.

Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, as well as a master’s degree and doctoral-level training in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University. She is currently completing her PhD in Global Leadership and Change at Tiffin University. Lisa also holds certifications from Prosci, MBTI, Korn Ferry, and the Center for Creative Leadership.
