BACKGROUND

Doug is a versatile HR leader with a proven track record as a strategic thinker, solution champion, process expert, and trusted HR partner. Recognized as a change agent, he has successfully supported world-class market leaders through complex organizational transformation and growth. Doug has led multiple organizations through the design and implementation of people-focused business solutions that consistently deliver peak customer experiences. He thrives on the power of relationships and has navigated complex, matrixed organizations through active listening, influence, and by serving as a connector of people.

Previously, as Director of Human Resources Operations for CNH Industrial, Doug provided leadership for HRIS, Corporate Payroll, and HR Employee Services across North America, supporting more than 10,000 employees. He was accountable for HR technology strategy, continuous process improvement, and operational efficiency in HR program and service delivery. In addition, he served as the HR Business Partner for the HR function, driving workforce planning, long-term strategic roadmap development, and the cultivation of a high-performing practitioner team.

Doug holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas. Throughout his career, he has led volunteer campaigns and corporate teams in support of Habitat for Humanity of Lake County, Illinois, Habitat for Humanity of Racine County, Wisconsin, and the Hospitality Center of Racine. In his personal time, Doug enjoys serving as a volunteer coach for various athletic programs in his community.
