Anthony Pantaleone is the Vice President of Assessments at LAK Group, where he leads the firm’s enterprise-wide approach to using assessment science to help organizations link people decisions to business strategy and measurable financial outcomes.
With more than 30 years of experience in psychometric testing and workforce assessment—and a Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM)—Anthony brings deep expertise in data-based HR decision-making, human capital development, organizational leadership, and strategic change. His work focuses on helping organizations manage workforce flow, develop leaders, and align talent systems with evolving business priorities across both domestic and global workforces.
Anthony specializes in applying assessment frameworks to support selection, coaching, and development initiatives. His experience spans job-fit-based hiring, leadership assessment, succession planning, and talent audits to inform organizational transformation strategies—providing leaders with a clear, data-driven view of current capability, future readiness, and risk.
At LAK Group, Anthony serves as a strategic bridge between assessment science, consulting strategy, and client execution. He partners closely with practice leaders and sales teams to integrate assessment solutions—through platforms such as Talexes and Go Trego—into broader workforce transformation efforts that help clients connect talent decisions directly to strategic and financial results.
