Director of Customer Solutions
Trent Cummings is the Director of Customer Solutions at LAK Group. He has spent almost a decade building Leadership & Talent development strategies and establishing partnerships across all industries, company sizes, and organizational structures. Trent’s career has been focused on all areas of the employee experience, from recruiting & onboarding to performance & development, to payroll, culture, and outplacement & career transitioning. He is a graduate of UW La Crosse and had the opportunity to play professional football in Germany, where he also created a Leadership Development program. Trent is currently building a family and extending his roots in SE Wisconsin.
Trent was drawn to LAK Group because of the opportunity to directly impact employees on a professional and personal development level. He is passionate about effective leadership and believes that one person, or a small group of people, can not only better themselves, but they can also be a conduit of growth for all of those around them. Trent recognizes that ineffective leadership can have the opposite effect and that leadership is something that must be done right.
Trent firmly believes that an organization’s culture is its life force. He understands that culture is not just something that can be tweaked or adjusted; it is the real-life experience that employees have within an organization. These experiences generate beliefs and behaviors that directly impact day-to-day life for all involved. Trent considers it a privilege to learn and partner with so many great companies as they create their desired employee experiences.
