Jane helps individuals, teams and organizations to be their best. She coaches with Fortune 500 companies and entrepreneurial start-ups alike. Her area of expertise includes helping leaders to successfully manage personal and organizational change. She utilizes principles and models from intentional change theory, mindfulness, and leadership and organization effectiveness in helping her clients achieve their goals.
Professional/Business Experience
She has over 20 years of experience in the business world. Prior to becoming an executive coach, Jane worked for Rockwell Automation. There she led the change strategy and tactics for one of the company’s largest multi-year, global initiatives. She also has C-Suite experience supporting the company as they went through a functional reorganization. Throughout her years at Rockwell, she was a key player in the implementation of their performance based culture. She coached and developed leaders across the globe. Before Rockwell, Jane led the Human Resources functions for mid-size, privately held companies.
Jane has a Master’s of Business Administration from Marquette University. She received her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation from the International Coach Federation. In addition to her coaching and consulting work, Jane teaches at Marquette University and in the executive programs at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
