C-04 BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION ENGINEER (Wisconsin)

Customer-centric Controls Sales Engineer who serves as “technology translator” and provides hands-on expertise to support new business opportunities and serve as SME in sales team to sell new technology and upgrades. Collaborates with all levels of internal and external stakeholders, field sales engineers, vertical market personnel and channel partners to develop customer relationships within key industry segments. Applies a consultative approach with customers and prospective buyers to support troubleshooting of existing systems – electrical, software and hardware. Possesses excellent troubleshooting skills enabling equipment to be back online with minimal downtime.
