Leadership Training

For frontline leaders and supervisors, we provide supervisory training that integrates company-specific methodologies with time-proven best practices. Our process begins with a thorough needs assessment to target specific areas for training. The results lead to a curriculum with company-related, “real life” situations for optimal learning. We also build individual leadership-style assessments into the initial phase of the program. Additionally, our coaches meet with each individual and his/her manager to develop a leadership action plan incorporating measurable and realistic goals.
