Assessment of the Individual
Assessment is completed through interviews, and, when requested, the completion of psychological and skills inventory testing. The purpose of the assessment is to assist in the identification of the individual's skills, needs, interests, values, goals and leadership styles. For many people, this is a time to reflect on their career and evaluate the potential of significant changes in their career plan.
