Individual and Organizational Assessments
Lawrence, Allen & Kolbe will meet one on one with the individual to assess motivations, strengths, weaknesses, likes, dislikes and competencies in the context of your organization. In addition,we will meet with the organization to identify potential areas of opportunity for the individual, to identify organizational aids and barriers to internal mobility and to assess how behaviors are projected by the individual and interpreted by the organization.
Definition of Individual's Objective
Once the assessments are completed, Lawrence, Allen & Kolbe guides the individual in defining expectations appropriate to the individual’s experience, background, strengths and weaknesses, and overall career objectives. Special emphasis will be placed on developing expectations within the context of the organization, its culture and its structure.
