Initial Meeting with Organization
Lawrence , Allen & Kolbe will meet with the organization to determine the scope of the assignment and completion plan. The flexibility of the Candidate Assessment Program allows it to be tailored to meet the specific needs of each organization.
Definition of Organizational Objectives
Once the assignment is agreed upon, Lawrence, Allen & Kolbe will meet with designated stakeholders in the organization to discover hiring and business objectives. Special emphasis will be placed on developing expectations of the candidate within the context of the organization, its culture, and its structure. Stakeholder assessments of the candidate(s) are reviewed at a later date so that a truly objective third party point of view can be developed. This avoids the risk of viewing the candidate through the same prism and cultural filters that exist in the organization.
